Our Mobile apps provide background track recording and location tracking using the device GPS as core functions that a user can activate. These services can be easily configured per user based on your own preferences. The HemaX Cloud can provide location tracking based on your web browser if it is available and requested by the end user.

At no time is location data stored or shared with third parties and is kept within your own profiles.

We never share your information with other companies to provide services on our behalf. Our Gateway processing (credit cards) are provided in real-time only with details for transaction purposes. HemaX Cloud takes all reasonable steps to ensure the protection of your personal information that we may store on your behalf.

For each visitor to reach the site, we expressively collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, page access times and referring website address.
